    Ohio State faculty members were recognized for outstanding teaching, research, innovation, service and mentorship at the 2025 Faculty Awards Celebration, held on April 25 in the Fawcett Center.

Senior leadership surprised Lisa with the news of his selection during a faculty meeting on April 17.

    Patrick L. Green, a professor in the College of Veterinary Medicine, has been named a 2025 Distinguished University Professor, the highest faculty honor at The Ohio State University. Senior leadership surprised Green with the news of his selection during a virtual meeting on April 17.

    Peter L. Hahn, a College of Arts and Sciences Distinguished Professor of History, has been named a 2025 Distinguished University Professor, the highest faculty honor at The Ohio State University.
  • Professor Janet Box-Steffensmeier Selected for a Barry Prize

    Vernal Riffe Professor of Political Science Janet Box-Steffensmeier has been selected to receive one of ten Barry Prizes from the American Academy of Sciences and Letters.
